Which are the conditions?

Usually, it is the doctor who decides about the length of the stay in the hospital. However, you have the right to remove your child from the hospital whenever you want. If your decision goes against the advice of the doctor, you must sign a document releasing the doctor's responsibilities.

In general, remember that if the departure is:

before 14h: the last day is charged, if the first one has not been.

after 14h: a full day will be charged.
