You can put an end to your employment contract in agreement with your employer by scheduling the end of your working relationship.
In principle, this contract breach is not followed by any previous notice or financial compensation.
The conditions for granting unemployment benefits are identical to those in the case of a resignation.
In case of permanent incapacity to execute the work agreed with the employer, the worker can ask the ascertaining of the contract breach due to force majeure.
In this case, it is necessary that the permanent incapacity is ascertained by the attending physician and confirmed by the prevention advisor - occupational physician.
The respect of this procedure is essential to benefit from the unemployment allowances after the end of the contract.
