{"id":19728,"date":"2025-04-28T10:23:17","date_gmt":"2025-04-28T08:23:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hospichild.be\/?page_id=19728"},"modified":"2025-05-21T14:15:06","modified_gmt":"2025-05-21T12:15:06","slug":"verlof-om-dwingende-redenen","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hospichild.be\/nl\/op-het-werk\/verlof-nemen-om-bij-je-kind-te-zijn\/verlof-om-dwingende-redenen\/","title":{"rendered":"Verlof om dwingende redenen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Priv\u00e9sector<\/h2>\n<p>Je hebt recht op <strong>10 dagen<\/strong> verlof om dwingende redenen <strong>per jaar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Een dwingende reden is een niet te voorziene gebeurtenis die jouw dringende en noodzakelijke tussenkomst vereist.<br \/>\nAls je werk je verhindert om tussenbeide te komen, kan je voor de duur van de tussenkomst verlof nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Een dwingende reden is bijvoorbeeld zorgen voor je zieke of in het ziekenhuis opgenomen kind.<\/p>\n<p>Je moet <strong>je werkgever van tevoren<\/strong> of zo snel mogelijk <strong>inlichten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Normaal gesproken is dit verlof <strong>onbetaald<\/strong>: je krijgt dus geen loon tijdens het verlof om dringende redenen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar je werkgever <strong>kan<\/strong> ermee instemmen om je toch <strong>te betalen<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDat kan worden bepaald in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>je arbeidsreglement;<\/li>\n<li>een collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst voor je bedrijf of de sector van je bedrijf;<\/li>\n<li>een overeenkomst tussen jou en je werkgever waarin staat dat je tijdens dit verlof een loon krijgt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2192 Wil je meer weten?
