De wortels schillen, spoelen en in julienne snijden (in smalle reepjes).<br \/>\nIn wat boter of olie fruiten in een pan tot ze al dente zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gehakte peterselie toevoegen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Snij de blaadjes brickdeeg in vierkanten met een zijde van ongeveer 15 cm en wrijf ze in met een beetje boter. In het midden van elk vierkant een lepeltje worteljulienne aanbrengen; oprollen en de eindjes dichtmaken met keukentouw om snoepjes te maken.<\/p>\n<p>3. Een tiental minuten in de oven tot ze bruin worden.<\/p>\n<p>4. De room laten inkoken met 1 cc komijn, peper en zout; kervel toevoegen en mixen.<\/p>\n<p>5. De snoepjes uit de oven halen e meteen opdienen met de saus.<\/p>\n<p>De snoepjes kunnen geserveerd worden als voorgerecht. In plaats van kervel kan je ook bieslook gebruiken. Wie niet veel tijd heeft (ook kinderen in chemotherapie) kunnen diepvriesproducten gebruiken.
