Prei is het hele jaar te vinden in de winkelrekken, maar wordt vaak beschouwd als een wintergroente.<\/strong><br \/>\nNochtans is hij op zijn best in de lente: caloriearm, rijk aan vezels en water, maar arm aan natrium (vandaar zijn vochtafdrijvende kwaliteiten), rijk aan vitamines (B6, B9, C), rijk aan antioxidanten\u2026 niets dan goeds!<\/p>\n<p>Neem de tijd om de prei zeer zorgvuldig te reinigen en alle aarde te verwijderen tussen de bladeren.<\/p>\n<h3>Voor 4 pers.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g vastkokende aardappelen<\/li>\n<li>2 preiwitten<\/li>\n<li>1 ei<\/li>\n<li>boter<\/li>\n<li>peper &amp; zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Schil de aardappelen en spoel ze. Rasp ze (met de keukenrobot of een rasp met grote gaten). Reinig het preiwit (het groen kunt u gebruiken voor heerlijke soep). Snij het preiwit zeer fijn (in blokjes als camouflagetechniek). Meng de aardappelen en de prei in een slakom. Peper en zout toevoegen.<\/p>\n<p>Een ei toevoegen en goed mengen. De oven voorverwarmen op 100\u00b0 (max!). Laat wat boter smelten in een pan, vorm een taartje met een grote schep van het mengsel. Een tiental minuten bakken op een matig vuur. Omdraaien (eventueel wat boter toevoegen) en de andere kant 5 tot 1 minuten aanbakken.<\/p>\n<p>Het taartje warm houden in de oven en de rest van het mengsel opbakken.<\/p>\n<p>U bepaalt zelf hoe groot u de taartjes maakt: een serie kleine taartjes of een grote taart om in parten te snijden. U kunt ook een beetje geraspte kaas op de taartjes leggen: comt\u00e9, beaufort, cheddar, mozzarella\u2026 Heerlijk bij gebakken gevogelte. Of \u2013 op voorwaarde dat uw kind geen immuniteitsproblemen heeft \u2013 met een salade of een ei als lichte maaltijd.
