Je kan er heerlijk sappige, lichtzure bereidingen mee klaarmaken. Rabarber zit vol vezels en calcium, bevat weinig calorie\u00ebn (want ze bevat veel water) en is dan ook onweerstaanbaar \u2026 op voorwaarde dat ze met wat suiker wordt bereid (vooral voor de allerkleinsten die niet van zure smaken houden). Rabarber gaat goed samen met specerijen zoals kaneel, vanille, tonkaboon.<br \/>\nEet rabarber nooit rauw: absoluut niet lekker.<\/p>\n<p>Opgelet, alleen de stengels worden gebruikt: de bladeren bevatten erg veel oxaalzuur en zijn dus giftig!<br \/>\nEnkel en alleen als uw kind geen chemo ondergaat en geen immuniteitsproblemen heeft, kunnen de appels vervangen worden door aardbeien of frambozen, en kan u enkele amandelschilfers aan het crumbledeeg toevoegen \u2026 heerlijk \u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Voor 6 pers.:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g rabarber (ongeveer 4 stengels)<\/li>\n<li>600 g appels<\/li>\n<li>suiker<\/li>\n<li>200 g bloem<\/li>\n<li>100 g koude boter<\/li>\n<li>50 g blonde kandijsuiker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Was de rabarber grondig; schil de stengels (verwijder de draden) en snij ze in kleine stukjes; doe ze in een kom samen met 3 lepels suiker; meng alles en laat rusten.<br \/>\nMeng de bloem, de kandijsuiker en de in blokjes gesneden boter met de vingers tot een kruimelige massa.<\/p>\n<p>Schil de appels en snij ze in kleine blokjes.<\/p>\n<p>Laat de rabarber uitlekken in een vergiet; meng de rabarber en de appels; giet alles in een ovenschaal; bestrooi met 2 lepels suiker; verdeel het deeg erover en laat 35 \u00e0 40 minuten bakken in de oven op 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fred is dol op rabarber: in moes, in confituur, in taart \u2026 Met haar felgroene bladeren en bleekrode stengels luidt deze groente de komst van de lente in (toch wel, ik zweer het je: botanisch gezien is rabarber een groente, die echter meestal als fruit wordt gegeten).
