De Belgian Language in Autism Study zal aan de hand van activiteiten en andere tests in de LabMobielen de taalontwikkeling evalueren van kinderen tussen twee en vijf jaar bij wie autisme werd vastgesteld.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hoe wordt het project georganiseerd ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Het project kwam tot stand dankzij de samenwerking van onderzoekers van drie Franstalige en Nederlandstalige universiteiten: de ULB (Universit\u00e9 libre de Bruxelles), de UGent (Universiteit Gent) en de KU Leuven (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven). Samen cre\u00eberden ze BeLAS: een uniek longitudinaal onderzoek waarbij de deelnemende kinderen twee jaar worden opgevolgd. Dankzij de mobiele laboratoria kunnen de onderzoekers naar alle uithoeken van Belgi\u00eb rijden, waardoor de ouders en de kinderen zich niet hoeven te verplaatsen naar een van de universiteiten.
